When Appliances Run On There Own... ...Move out! The idea for the picture started with my mother (oddly enough). When I told her about the contest, the first thing she thought of was the polymer clay characters I've made. Then I read that appliance/horror rule on the web, which got my twisted brain thinking about those Pop-tart/Cat hybrids that seemed to be everywhere for awhile... It all escalated from there. I took all the photo bits (Including my old zombie friend), the rendered bits were made with DAZ, OpenOffice for words studio, windows Paint for some odd bits, and the rest was all done in Gimp. If my life depended on it I'd say the project took about 4 to 6 days, frankly I was having to much fun to think about it, Hope you enjoy it!
