Horror movies have taught me to always avoid a creepy house out in the middle of nowhere because it might not be abandoned. Also, if you see a lot of crows around a creepy house, you might want to avoid going near the house. And finally, if you see a creepy child with her hair in her face...Run! I love horror movies, and I was inspired by a few for this piece, but mainly The Grudge. I created this in Photoshop CS6 and Paint Shop Pro X5. It took approximately 3 days to finish, from concept, to choosing different stock photos, extracting photos, constructing the scene, painting, blending, and adding subtle lighting.
