The inspiration behind this is the wish for a White Christmas and the many stories my mother would tell us while celebrating her favorite holiday. She wove many fairy-tales both classic and spun from her own imaginings and all were enchanting and magical. She sought to share her love of this time of year with everyone. As to the color scheme, I have always loved the shiny foil wrapping paper, and especially the shades of silvers and blues so the I melded the two inspirations into this image. So here is Lady Winter who is granting the wishes of many and summoning a soft blanket of snow for this holiday season. Programs used: Poser 9 and Adobe Photoshop and the time taken from concept to completion was about 6 hours.
