-Mark I- Charged Plasma Laser Vs solid stainless steel block. Large amounts of thermal damage from the plasma is immediate with molten runoff from entry and exit points. Charged particle cascading throughout the steels molecular structure occurs as well, vaporizing the steel not in contact with the laser.
