When the bullets are all gone, and the machetes are too dull to cut from endless hacking of the undead, the last man standing at the end of the world knows his fate all too well. I worked on this image in a hand drawn comic-style first, but I couldn't get the look I was going for, nor the mood. This ended up coming together through a composite of single images (around a dozen) and some effects work in GIMP, where all was compiled. Took around six hours after the scraping of the comic version. Inspiration: Not wanting to be in this guy's position.
