Halloween night... Kids went downtown for trick-and-treating. They're so happy to see how frightening they are.. Everybody run away just seeing them... But are THEY so frightening???? This image was realised using poser 8 then poser 9. It took me several hours, I would say a bit more than twelve hours. I am pretty new to 3D and to poser and I initially had no "Halloween or zombie stuff" at all, that is why it took me so long, and now I think that anyone "normal" (with more experience) would need much much less time. I was inspired by the idea of showing in the same image the two aspect of Halloween , on the one side fun and life (with the children playing in their costumes) and on the other side fear and death (even if zombies are not totally dead as purists would say!).. For this purpose I wanted to use the "perspective" of the image : the meaning of a scene depends on the point of view you see it from, or which part of the scene you see (see a little part of it or see it globally).. From the children's point of view, when they see everyone running away, they think it's because they are frightening and it's terribly funny for them... But if they saw the whole scene would they consider that are THEY so frightening? Would it be so funny???
