"The zombiepocolypse is finally upon us friend, do you have what it takes to survive? Well let me show you how.." This work started out completely different however I didn't like the result. As new ideas began to take shape it became evident that a single render would not do the topic justice since I couldn't decide between what I was doing, nor give just due to the characters that were slowly beginning to take shape and take on a life of their own. It only seemed fair to tell their story in a more encompassing way.. Inspired by the classic zombie survival horror movies and games of recent times, this work incorporates the best of everything in my view. Quirky rag tag survivors, big guns, bigger spikey bats, even bigger bull horns, hockey mask wearing chef zombies, zombie gore, heartbreaking hot dead school cheerleaders, and NAZI ZOMBIES!Unfortunately the decreased entry size has made some of the finer details hard to see, but there are some easter eggs in there if you look :) Carrara 8 pro, Poser pro 2010, and photoshop cs4 were used to make this. Time taken was around 2-3 weeks give or take a day or two including the rejected initial concepts. No idea of total time taken but would probably be over 100 hours easy.
