This is the perfect holiday of a certain red-haired young woman. She is old enough that opening gifts on Christmas morning doesn't have the excitement it used to, but she's not yet at the point of rediscovering the joy with kids of her own. So, she has put together the kind of Christmas she wants most - surrounded by family and friends. A lot of folks are chit-chatting and playing with the cat, while kids shake presents with anticipation that nearly overwhelming them. Classic Christmas tunes are playing on the radio. People are consuming large amounts of sugar. Everyone is feeling festive and happy. It's a perfect holiday... This was inspired by some of my own Christmas memories. The image was created in Poser 8 and Photoshop CS. My poor computer can't handle that many characters in a scene, so it was rendered in pieces. The total time investment was around 25 hours.
