My perfect holiday? Possibly it´s watching my little daughter playing little Santa in the snow! Snow is obviously a very special substance: it´s melting on the hand! That´s fascinating! And building a snow man - of cause not alone - an awesome experience! Playing in and with the snow my daughter can forget everything around her. I worked almost one full day on this picture, using Photoshop 7 and Combustion 3. First I set up the scene in the garden building a little snow hill and putting a blue screen behind (nobody wants to see my real garden ;-). Then I shot a couple of photographs from my daughter playing around with the snow. Back in my warm working room I searched my stock photo library for a snow man (this time our snow is a very dry one and building a snowman myself is not an option!). Furthermore I picked a nice background picture. Now I had to montage it - compositing time! And finaly: there is the finished picture! I worked almost one full day on this picture (about 8 hours) using Photoshop 7 and Combustion 3. Happy holidays everyone!
