Inspired by the japanese legend of Kuchisake-onna, a once beautiful woman that was cheating on her husband. So he destroyed her face with slicing her mouth open from ear to ear. Now she is roaming through the night, attacking teenagers and asking them "Am I beautiful" and no matter what the answer is, she will make their faces match her own with the help of a sharp scissor. Kuchisake-onnas face was actually shaped in ZBrush (but unfortunately you can hardly make her mouth out now), all of my texture work and postwork done in photoshop. Composing in Poser, rendered in Maxwell. Time for everything including textures, HDR background and rendering around 4 days.
