This is based on a local urban legend, about a black angel that defeats a beast that is destroying local crops. A church was built to honor the angel and the spirit of the beast still lingers in the area, called Ash Swale. Created in Poser and Vue, I spent about 3 or 4 evenings on the image. Thanks!
