Skaryoke Nite. Kena is starry eyed, dreaming of being discovered for stardom at Skaryoke Nite. Telka looks on Kena's wishing star, but she is not too sloshed to notice the doorway is dark and it's behind the 'mincemeat packing company'. Malik serenades the night with his fiddle. The night sky background is rendered in Cararra. The Skaryoke Nite sign image was rendered in P7 using the sketch render option. And then the elements put together in and rendered in P7. A little photoshop touch up is used around Kena's hair. Inspiration: At first I was thinking of scary movies. I went pub crawling Saturday and it floated to my frontal lobe that little is more 'Don't go in there', than a drinking establishment on Karaoke night. Listening to a bunch of drunk people sing isn't so amusing, when you're sober. I started working on the project Sunday morning and was rendering until the wee hours of the morning, this morning. Wired on coffee and for an extra jolt played "Mysterious Ways" by U2. "If you want ta kiss the sky, better learn how to kneel" I wanted to mostly use the items I bought at RMP.
