A little boy paddles home after a day out in the snow. I was going to include a dragon or a dog or another character to keep him company, but I decided someone must instead be waiting for him in the cozily lit cabin on his floating island. Original was sketched in pen, everything was painted in Photoshop. Total time from start to finish is probably six hours or so. I was working on it between projects at work, so it's hard to know if that's accurate. Hope everyone has a safe and fun holiday season! :)
