One of my favourite holiday memories is spending Christmas with my grandfather. My mother was pregnant with my little brother, and it was the first Christmas in many years that we got to spend as a family, with everyone. It's by far one of my happiest memories for the holidays. I think about it every year. The grandma ghost represents my grandfather, who is no longer with us. I think during the holidays we all remember those who are no longer alive, those special people in our lives who we wish could be here for Christmas. The image took me around three hours, rendered in Poser and put together in Photoshop. =) WONDERFUL entries this year, some truly beautiful and well-done work.
