Carnival of Evil animation Step right up for a tasty Hand on a Stick! When I first saw the contest announcement, I didn't lack for inspiration --with a friend who works on horror movies and makes haunted houses each year, and a family that wants to start putting Halloween decorations up in August, the approaching festivities were already on my mind! The only question was what specific approach would I take? I spent about 40 hours on this, not counting various renders and editing. My main software was Poser 7 and Vue Infinite 6, and Photoshop and Particle Illusion played a less visible but integral part. Rawart's Rawn Zombie, the M3 Skeleton, and Gaetan's Vue Carousel were essential elements. The background music was written for this project by my friend Sam, and is used, of course, with his permission. Some suspense stingers come from iMovie, but are used legally. Various ambient sound effects came from free sources around the web, and I did some of my own. Thanks for viewing, and thanks for the opportunity!
