This evolved from my boss's idea for our department's Christmas party this year. Since we live and work on an island and it only snows once every 20-25 years (about 2 years ago on Christmas day!). Without knowing it snowed on the island my boss wanted a snowman on the beach with an umbrella. Since this was an invitation I needed space for the text and above and below the main part of the image. No post work was done and because I needed them printed and mailed by Nov. 29, I had to work fast. Thanks to Daz and FedEx plus Renderosity and it's many contributing artists and free props I was able to put something together and print 450 copies. I did not attach the text since it was not part of the render. The island, water, and sky are done in Bryce. All the objects are from DAZ and Renderosity and setup in Poser 7. I would have loved to have spent more time working it but when you have a deadline and 3 days you just have to make it work. The final print was 8.5" x 11" on plain paper with the invitation text overlayed with CorelDraw.
