So I was at universal studios California, on a sunny afternoon. Universal had pulled out all their stops, live bands and costumed characters were everywhere. I saw the girl featured in the photo surrounded by Mariachi musicians playing their hearts out. All the people around her were clapping their hands and enjoying the entertainment, as they should. She had her headphones on and totally tuning out everything but her own private world, even though she had 3 Mariachi players within 4 feet of her, playing for her and her table. I think to myself, this girl is dead to the world, if she cares that little why bother showing up? Might as well be dead, thus dinner with the dead. And the title is, I-pod, turn on, plug in, drop out of life.
