Christmas in Japan, Christmas in modern Japan is seen as a womans holiday and typicaly a time to show off your new boyfriend. Presents are exchanged only to children who still believe in santa. Not from child to parent. Typicaly one would wear a festive kimono attend parties and have tea and cakes for this holiday celebrated on Christmas Eve.
