Title "Loving Eyes of an Ancient Warrior" I believe that this piece is an excellent example of what can be done in Painter even for those of us who hold no particular fine arts skills. Using a line drawing (scanned into the computer) I was able to create a vivid image that when printed on canvas actually does look three dimensional like a painting would. I created my own background which which I then used for the base work. The process then went on to incorporate the use of liquid ink, watercolors and impasto brushes as well as various paper textures, lighting and blending modes.Thank you for reviewing this entry.
