This rose,a Maidens Blush ,represents for me the promise of spring and the lure of summer yet to come, set in a dark background representing the past darkness of the winter just gone, its vibrant colors giving hope for teh Sping and coming summer season. Hope and Rebirth all in one. originally modelled a a 3D organic form in Maya,I then took the model into Electric Image to texture and render before taking it into Studio Artist to post render in a more painterly style.
