Renderosity and the sponsors do not seek ownership of any of the entries. The Artist will remain the intellectual property holder of their entry images.

General Contest Rules:

Contest Theme: "Holiday Greetings from the Past, Present & Future": Create a November/December holiday greeting image that incorporates at least 1 element from the past, present or future. Contest begins Monday, November 7, 2005. Contest ends Monday, December 12th, 2005 at 12:00p.m.[noon] (Renderosity Server Time). Entries MUST be time-stamped by 12/12/05 12:00, or cannot be accepted. Judging will take place Dec. 13th through Dec. 19th. Winners to be announced Tuesday, December 20th, 2005 Winner's Announcement will be posted on the Renderosity FrontPage, the Community Center Forum, the Contest Forum and this official contest page. 1 entry per person, per category. 1 prize per person maximum, across all Holiday Contest categories.

Specifications:
To submit a new contest entry you will need:
Image size must be 640 pixels width x 524 pixels height or 524 pixels width x 640 pixels height [72 dpi] Thumbnail Image: MUST be included. (100 x 100 pixels in jpg or gif format.) Both the image and the thumbnail are required. Image may NOT be signed in any way.

Contents: All photos must be shot by the member. Photomanipulations are allowed. But, NO 2D, stock or 3D elements will be allowed. The entries MUST contain at least one (or more) element of past, present or future.Entries must be new artwork not previously posted online, or anywhere else publicly. Entries must not appear online anywhere else during the contest or until the Contest Winners have been Posted. Must comply with Renderosity's Terms of Service. No nudity (Which includes: No bare female nipples, no exposed genitals or groin area of any humaniod female or male figures, nor any completely bare buttocks. If in doubt about the no nudity clause, please click on the following "Contest Figure Coverage Guidelines." No sexual situations. No extreme or graphic violence.(Cartoon style "slap-stick" okay.) Only one image per person allowed (even if you have multiple accounts, only one entry per PERSON). No collaborative works. Also, by uploading your entry you are certifying that all models used in the image are free from print and publication restrictions

Judging: The winning entries will be selected by a Judging Panel - The Panel's decision is final. Judges will perform independent reviews of the submissions. All members, with the exception of those on the Judging Panel, the Holiday Contest Managers and current Admins can enter.
