Challenge Theme: "Mother Technology"

Make an image showing the contrast or the similarities between modern or future technology and nature

A factory coming out of a forest, or a robotic tree, something of that nature.

Either showing technology intruding or working with nature, or vice versa.

You could depict it as a battle or struggle between man-made technology and nature.

Try to stay clear of humans (like a cyborg) if you consider them nature.

Try to model most of the mechanical or technology stuff yourself.

Imports and post-work will be allowed.

Entry Facts:

• Open to all Renderosity members, as will be the voting.

• Final render must be in Bryce, any version.

• Please click here for a more descriptive definition on Challenge Rules, and always keep in mind Renderosity's TOS.
• Please keep the images to a maximum of 800 pixels by 600 pixels (in either portrait or landscape ratio).
• Keep size of .jpg under 250kB.
• Thumbnail size must be no bigger than 100 X 100 pixels. (or it won't upload)

Challenge Facts:

• One image per person. Feel free to post your WIP's and your Final entries in the forum BUT...
• Final entries must be uploaded by each members to this location (scroll down), to be "entered" into the contest!!
• This contest space is set up, where I have to "approve" each entry before it actually shows up, be patient.

Prize:

• A prize will go to each of the top 3 winners in the Challenge.
• If there is a tie, the prize will go to all those entrants that place in the top 3 spots point-wise.
• In the spirit of a "Challenge" and not a contest, the prize will not be revealed until the winners are announced.
• The prize is made available through Renderosity merchants, and will be Bryce related.
• The prize will be made available for download to the winners.

Artists grant permission to Renderosity for the use of submitted images for an undetermined period of time.

The Artist will always remain the intellectual property & copyright holder.
