Renderosity AI Image Upload Policy
To ensure transparency and fair recognition in our community galleries, Renderosity is implementing the following policy regarding AI-generated content:
AI Classification Requirements
When uploading to the gallery, all users must categorize their image(s) using one of the following categories:
1. No AI
- Definition: No artificial intelligence tools were used in any stage of the image creation.
- Requirements: No additional disclosure is required.
2. Partial AI
- Definition: AI was used to assist in the creation process (e.g., background generation, texture enhancement, or concept inspiration), but traditional methods (3D rendering, manual painting, photography, etc.) make up the majority of the work.
- Requirements: User must provide a brief description of the AI tool(s) used and how they were incorporated.
3. Mostly AI
- Definition: The majority of the visual output was generated using AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion).
- Requirements: User must provide a brief description of the AI tool(s) used and how they were incorporated.

- Vendor Bonus: Awarded if the user is a vendor with Renderosity.
- Production Credits Bonus: Awarded when users credit the products or tools used in the image creation.
Policy Enforcement
- Failure to categorize images accurately may result in removal of gallery posts or suspension of reward points.
- If an image's classification is in question, staff may request WIP (Work-in-Progress) images or other supporting documentation to verify the creation process.
- Repeat violations may lead to further action, including account review and/or suspension.
Thumbnail Policy
Links on Images
No links to competing sites, such as DAZ Studio, ShareCG, TurboSquid, or similar sites are allowed on images or links in the gallery. Mentions of the sites such as for credit is permitted.
Links to Patreon not allowed.
Bodily Fluids
Renderosity does not allow artwork depicting the act of urination. Any image depicting urine is subject to review or removal.
Any image depicting breast milk is subject to review or removal. This does not extend to breastfeeding.
Any image depicting semen,vaginal fluid or excrement is a violation of the TOS and is subject to removal.
Depictions of blood are allowed in art on Renderosity.
Breasts Touching Breasts
Women pressing their breasts together is inappropriate for Renderosity and a violation of the "No Explicit Sexual Content" rule in the TOS, which we extend to a general "no touching" sensitive areas policy. This means characters cannot touch their own or other's genitals.
Hand-to-breast contact is subject to review or removal.
Bondage
Images involving restraints are subject to review.
Handcuffs, straitjackets, and medical restraints are allowed when depicted in conjunction with arrests or medical procedures.
BDSM and torture are against the TOS. Any restraint used in a sexual or abusive nature, for torture, or holding a captive will be removed, regardless of setting. Chains can be used for historical depictions of slavery if the image doesn’t violate the TOS. Children depicted as being restrained in an abusive setting will be removed. Restraints can be depicted if the upload is intended for storytelling.
Forum Topic Policy Regarding Duplicate Posts
The same member should only post about a topic in ONE of the forum sections. Posting the same thread topic in multiple forums is considered spamming the forums.
Images on hold
Your account may be banned for three (3) days if you repost an image on hold, post retaliation imagery, or staff bashing after we have enforced the TOS.
Political Posts
We do not remove political art unless it breaks the TOS. We do moderate the comments for trolling and personal attacks.
Gallery Flooding
We allow eight (8) items to be uploaded per day. Multiple images can be uploaded per item. This is to prevent flooding of the galleries and New Art area. Render Rewards Points per image uploaded is 10 for a member and 15 for a vendor.
Older artwork
If older artwork violates any policy it may be taken down.
Commenting
Cursing in comments is not allowed because you cannot tag it for profanity. Comments with profanity may be removed/deleted.
Child-like Imagery
We reserve the right to silent scrub/delete any child imagery that is inappropriate for Renderosity.
Galleries
When posting your image into a gallery it may be moved by mods to a more appropriate gallery.
For example, people are not pets and should not be put in the Pets of the Community Gallery. People will be moved to the People Gallery.
For example, if you post a full body image thumbnail to the Portraits Gallery it may be moved to the People Gallery. The thumbnail image must be a close-up of the person's face or a bust which can include a face shoulders and chest. Thumbnails, where the face is hidden or cropped out, are subject to be moved to another gallery.
