Well, it´s certainly a good idea, but I don´t think that it really helps much. The products are still in (US-)english language and only a translation for shopping card, vendor,top seller and so on (the navigation)is very less for a person without a knowledge of english. I think, who comes to Rendo has enough knowlede to sign in and find the way through the marketplace ;-)
Also, some translations in German sounds a be strange for us Germans. So it would be better to translate "review" with "Kritik" or "Bewertung" instead "Rezension" becourse who doesn´t have a basic knowledge of English doesn´t know the overblowen word "Rezension" ;-) "Kuenstler Gemeinschaft" instead of "Kunstgemeinschaft"
Anyway, it´s a great beginning to become international!!

Nice idea but whoever did the german translation should think all over it again. The grammar is awful. Maybe it is better to involve some native speaking people for translations.

I understand the need for the matrketplace and freestuff ( requirements may not be understood by all), but I'd love the forums to stick to english, because this is what makes sites like Renderosity truly international, everyone comes to the forums and share, help others in english, be it broken, doesn't matter. If we have different languages forums, then this will no longer be a community, but several communities based on the language we speak, and not the passion we share.
Well, the 2 cents of a french guy anyway.
