| This has to be the saddest upload I've ever done BUT I had to do it for Valerie who helped me along my journey through Renderosity & photography. I took this on the weekend not knowing that it will be a flower that I'll use to farewell a dear friend. I named it Captured Tears as I think the droplets of water represent not just my tears of losing a dear friend but ALL our tears. I did postwork on it just just make it that much special so I hope Valerie is looking down with a smile and know she is sadly missed by us all. Thank you for viewing! Take care everyone Shane |

 | This is indeed wonderful. I did much the same thing with the roses I posted yesterday. I did that piece the middle of last week and after showing it to a valued friend who immediately said, "Who Died! Its utterly depressing like a funeral," I decided I'd put it away until an occassion presented itself to use it. 5 days later the occassion, sadly, popped up. This is a gorgeous capture with such tender and skillful postwork. |
