Can someone point me into the direction  of a tutorial on how to make glowing eyes in poser 7.

Set the Ambient_Color to whatever you want the glow colour to be.  Set Ambient_Value to 1.

with GI enabled in P7, setting ambient colour of a posersurface has the additional function of causing said surface to emit light, illuminating nearby objects. this occurs in the absence of the "gather" node, whose accuracy, like that of GI, is partly controlled by the IC variable.
