HeliBird, a versatile VTOL aircraft is still very popular thanks to its sturdy construction, reliability, as well as low-cost operation and undemanding maintenance. Formerly it has found large application in all branches of the Army and Air Force. HeliBird was used for a variety of operations, from battle support to rescue missions, or special operations behind enemy lines, and the like.
