There is a program called Sketchup3D (http://www.sketch3d.com/index.html) which I like very much. It would be awesome if Carrara sometime in the future would have some of the same feature. I especially like how one can create contruction line in 3D space using a measuring tape or protractor tool. it allows the user to draw lines on objects as guides. I wouldn't bring this software up if it wasn't easy to use. And it seems that the features that make easy should be something that realistically can be recreated in Carrara. BTW PovRay 3.5 is about to be released and it will be awesome. If Carrara could include export in Povray 3.5, especially if it support it more advance feature then I think it would make Carrara a very profound scene builder. There are Povray macros out there that can even create entire cities very easily. Povray script functions support could give Carrara capabilities similiar to that of Lightwave and 3DSMax.

Google Sketchup is one of the most efficient & easiest tool made. Even a novice can handle it.
