I have a question that has been bothering me for a long time.
I recently wanted to redeem my rewards points and noticed that no points from the last ones were added as an alternative. I'm trying to figure out why there are no more bonus points.

I have two pictures here that show that there have been no more rewards since the last purchases.

Has this been discontinued?

You only get rewards for purchases if you have Prime. It appears you don't have that. Here is how you can earn points

Oh, I wasn't aware that rewards depend on Prime. I've always had Prime for the last few years, so maybe I didn't even notice.

Unfortunately, the price of Prime has almost doubled. And since there is hardly anything available for the poser anymore, the price is far too expensive for me. But thanks for the explanation.

I think this dependency is a shame because customers who have Prime can save on many things and are rewarded to boot. Save twice, so to speak. And if you don't have Prime, you'll have little savings and will no longer receive a bonus for your purchase. Kind of unfair. But good.

When the Prime price returns to normal, I will purchase Prime on the few products still available for Poser. Everything is almost just for DAZ and the new LF is terrible, sorry.

Anyway, thank you for the clarification.
