Does anyone know where I can get a posable possum or cartoon possum? I've checked the other Poser sites and you people seem to have a more complete handle on things Poser. Thanks in advance for any help.

Haven't seen one, Squeeka on CP comes close but it is supposed to be a cartoon mouse type thing, maybe suggest to them that they do one, they seem to put a lot of freebie animals out, they might do it if you ask!

Thanks for the idea. I'll give it a try.

I don't know where one is either, but the DAZ House Mouse is pretty close, really... you'd need to paint a texture for it, and probably use a magnet on the face to elongate it a little bit, then scale the whole thing up. The principal difference in the two, apart from size, is the shape of the jaw and the coloration. Might be worth a look.

Thanks Captain Jack. I knew that I came to the right place for some help. Between Fixer and C Jack I might be able to pull this off. You guys rock.

If you go the HouseMouse route you might want to pick up the Mimic version 1.8 by little_dragon from the free area. It has some morphs for elongating the face a bit.
I must remember to remember what it was I had to remember.

A possum looks a bit like a giant rat. Someone else was looking for rats in that thread and there are some leads on where to get some, including a ferret which would work. You can also use Little_Dragons bushy tail.
I've never seen a possum but you should be able to make something very close using the resources in this thread and the ones in the thread I linked to.

Wait a second. I'll go out and check the street. I can usually find one out there. How do you like him cooked?

Over the grill with a good barbaque sauce. Sorry about my spelling.

There was a possum hit-by-car figure at RDNA during last year Christmas giveaway. It was toony and rather fun. It's name is Stinky and was created by Lady Littlefox, maybe she could made it available once again ?

No.. and I'm not sure there's any part of my gastrointestinal or circulatory systems that would really want to, thank you very much.

Just thought I would ask. Doesn't sound that good to me. Thanks to everyone who has helped with answers to my quest.

That hit and run possum was probably hit by me. I have to wait a day or so, so that the flavor gets good, and also so the the feller, doesn't come back at me with a bad attatude.
