Subject: Eovia and Bug Reports

Perhaps it is minor, but I find it annoying that Eovia has never responded to a single bug report I have sent in -- not even as much as an automated email saying "email recieved." They've been responsive about questions (only took them two days to show me where the pdf manual was hidden), and even more responsive about marketing. But as far as I can tell, they aren't reading or caring about anything resembling a bug report. It's disheartening.
