Last night I finally solve the mystery of the Volumetric Cloud's "# of sections" and the "Section #". Now we're talking about REALISTIC clouds ;)

Wow, very nice clouds . Mix them with the new realistic sky can give very nice results.

Nice Claudio! What's your settings look like for those? Maybe you could show a screen shot from the model room... Chuck

Hey Chuck, I'll be glad to post here the settings but I don't have any screen shot software. Do you know where I can buy a good one?

Hey mmoir, You're the master of the clouds on CP4. After your "Sunset" outstanding artwork, I was wishing to get there. Thanks for the inspiration ;)

Claudio, are you using windows? If so, then you can just hit the "print screen" button on the keyboard, then open up photoshop or other image editor, make a new file, and paste, et viola! a screenshot!

claudiomil, If you are using the PC, press shift and print screen or "prnt scrn" key on the keyboard. Open paint that came with windows. Select paste or press ctrl and 'V' key. It will paste the image in it. Save it to jpg and then post in here!! I gotta see it!!

Thanks guys!!! Here is the settings. The colors and position of the clouds, sky and camera has strong influence on the final result.

Thanks for the images Claudio, I appreciate it! I have used volumetric clouds in the past, but always spent hours trying to get something half way decent. This will give me a good starting point for a template. ;-) Chuck
