Just getting into Anything Grows...read all the tutes plus everything else I could find but it is still sinking in. So far the only idea I've got for dealing with hair tracts is to run multiple passes of Anything Grows with different coverage and different parameters....basically changing gravity around to get hair to flow back from nose, out from ruff, etc. Any ideas from anyone who's used it longer? Pity you can't do something like assign "gravity" to a texture....

Interesting concept - you could plug a texture into the terrain editor??? ... probably wouldn't work.

nomuse you can assign a texture to wiggle, and with enough tweaking this will get what you are likely looking for. got any images or anything?

Actually, I did some experimenting and it looks like a texture assigned to "Custom Start Direction" (third tab) may do it. I didn't want to post until I'd actually made it work, tho.
