There are ups and downs in the Daz productions.

G8(.1) was a real up. G9 is really a real down. 

from my customer point of view "gender-neutral figures" are probably smart for professional users,  but I'm afraid pro are not using Daz figures.

I'm french, and we use a phrase : "péter plus haut que son cul". I'm pretty sure there's something like this in English !
