TPM 2.0 was not enabled on my custom build, but it was easy to do  (forget how, but I remember finding a straight forward procedure online.

I think I saw instructions on the Microsoft site that looked like an AI had written them - complete gibberish. :-) But I'm sure if I wasn't already hyped up to switch back to Linux and digging into Blender, I'd be able to find something readable.
