Just a thought here, but there's some serious talent and expertise in this thread. Therefore why don't we show the OP what we can do as a community and make it for Jim?
Obviously it would take some time for one person to do it alone, so why don't we make one part each. Get someone to do a basic rig, then let Jim texture it.

So to kickstart this here's the top part of the legs (.OBJ/.MTL with template), someone else chooses and makes another post, then uploads it here. Then someone else does the same. Once Jim's finished he (or maybe a mod) can upload it to rendo's freestuff.
