The bows are, and should be, parts of a poseable figure. Counting the two bows in the bikini bottom, there 14 parts to the bows. To add 14 props to the Props drop-down menu, would be creating unnecessary clutter. If the bows had been one part objects, then props might have been a reasonable option.
