Thanks - I appreciate the lengthy response.  You are absolutely more experienced in using the scripts as well as more familiar with your current methodologies in total (ie. the other scripts you've developed, etc), so it makes sense that you'd need to attain a comfort-level with anything that deviates from that :).

I also understand and agree with the idea of "the proof is in the pudding" (so to speak)... I have ideas about what might be the best approach, but only testing will help determine what works best in any particular situation.
