Just for completeness, here's the same as above, but adding in the head_shape morphs... this messes up the ears, but that was anticipated.  Also, just to clarify, no attempt was made to correlate eye-sockets, lashes, brows, inner_mouth, teeth, gums, or even lacrimals - just head skin, lips and nostrils.
