Ok, I didn't get a lot of time to mess with this tonight, but I'm currently getting really good results using this one with your tutorial V2->Antonia setup (in both directions).  I'd be interested to see if it's doing any better in UpHill tests, if you get a chance...

Just drop in the new .pyd file and continue to call the newer CorrelateToNearVertList() routine - the changes are internal to that.
