I agree very strongly with pjz99, that eye translations should not be included in a pose file. The eyes in a charecter may have been moved to fit a custom head morph, so you don't want a pose to reset them.

I guess a case can be made for including eye rotations in some circumstances. For example, a pose to convey a coy look may have the head slightly bent forwards, and having the eyes looking up may contribute to the overall effect. But Poser only lets you select a subset of actors, not individual channels - so unless you are going to text edit the pz2 - best just exclude the eyes from the pose.

By the way, if you want to exclude the eyes (or any other actor) when applying a pose, you can lock them, a pose has no effect on translations or rotations of locked actors, the actors can be unlocked after the pose has been applied.
