That's what this company calls itself. It charges an upfront fee to borrow money from anyone that wants it and pays interest on its debt as they make payments until things pay off. This sounds like fun, but you're basically paying someone for letting them have your credit card information -- which happens regardless of who lent you the funds in the first place.
