Welcome Dann-O, a new cartoonist! Or, as they told me a few months ago, "new meat." Ha ha ha. Yes sir, you'll find a great environment here so, go "book 'em Dann-o!" with great cartoon comedy. Welcome aboard, and have fun! Ron (anteriorlobe) ------------- <> Um, first let me apologize for the "new meat" crack. Uncalled for. My bad. I should not have said it. Apparently, only The United States Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service can officially specify a food product as "new meat." I hope I have that right, it was tough hearing all the details while suspended over a vat of meat slurry... Oh, Dann-O a word of advice on this topic: if the other cartoonists tell you that every new cartoonist has to go to the Renderosity International Headquarters Building in Nashville, put on the Renderboy costume and wave to passing cars...well, apparently, that is just a gag they play on n00bs, so don't fall for it. I, uh, just happened to...hey, it doesn't matter why I know, just trust me on this one. Second, I hope you weren't offended by the "Book 'em Dann-o" crack. Apparently I was not the first person to think of would I know?...because, well, it is very obvious...oh. So, again, I apologize for the Aggravated Undeniable Obviousness with that "Hawaii Five-o" reference, both to you, and also to Renderosity, Paramount Home Entertainment, The CBS Television Network, and the estate of John Joseph Patrick Ryan (aka "Jack Lord") and the memory of James MacArthur. ----------- <> Okay, sorry sorry sorry sorry. James "Dann-o" MacArthur is apparently NOT yet dead.

Hey no harm no foul. I got the nick from there anyways. BTW did you know Jack Lords hair is the hardest substance on earth? I wanted to tell you that the Renderboy costume is very hot. I will only do it a few hours today. I flat out refuse to skydive as Renderboy. As far as the new meat comment goes well. I am a strict vegetarian and take major offense to that. Well not really a vegetarian but I am made of meat. Does that mean anything.

Excellent, Dann-O. I'm glad you didn't fall for the skydiving trick. Fall, get it. Hahahahaha. Yes, it's humor like that which has made my comic, Non-Canonical, the...uh...hmmm. I'll get back to you on that. Oh, one more thing. I'd like to say that I graciously made space for your premier this week by holding back an episode of Non-Canonical. But that obviously makes no sense at all and no one is going to buy it. What they will buy is that I got my latest comic in very late...a story which has the advantage of being true. I could say that anyone who cares can check it out here: but that would be tacky.

I'm having as much fun in the comments as in the excellent comics, lol. Congrats Dann-O! Glad to see you made the move over here to the comic section and equally happy that I don't have to see you in a Renderboy outfit...oooo, that looks tight...wince.

You guys crack me up!! I'm with Burpee on that "I'm having as much fun in the comments as in the excellent comics".. Maybe you cartoonists could add to your already wonderful images by giving background or just an injection of humour as a comment? I'm already hooked by the cartoons but I get a huge giggle out of seeing banter like this too. Keep up the already excellent work! <<<<<>>>>>>>> I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it....
