!#%@#^$%@&%^&#;%&$^@$^@%$%@&^%#@$@$@! No doubt ;-) Another exciting week! My cat says the same thing when going to the vet. LOVE the mouse safari cars! Oooohhh...it's about to get interesting between Wren and Danke. Weee...the smilies make me smile. LOL! Cooties, oh that age. Cardiac arrest...just when I think I've seen all the punnies! Excellent render and set up frogdot...oh...the anticipation. Loved the sound track this week Ron...wa wa wee ;-) Hope you all have a great week!
Thanks for the compliments Lillian! However, I am compelled by some sort of brain malfunction to point out that Evil Vicky's sycophantic hench-saur is actually a Styracosaurus.* The name of this character (which I have yet to actually use in the comic) is: Styracosaurus. For some reason this guy**, like Gallimimus, just seems suited to having his species*** for a name. Go figure. -- Ron (anteriorlobe) ------------------- NOTES * Since both Triceratops and Styracosaurus are Ceratopsians see ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Ceratopsians ), and Triceratops is a very well known dino, this is a common mis-ID. ** There remains controversy among Paleontologists exactly where the species and genus boundaries lie between some Ceratopsians. It has been suggested that Monoclonius is not a separate species but a female Styracosaurus. (As far as I know, this isn't put the other way, that is: saying Styracosaurus is a male Monoclonius.) Because my character is male I am on fairly safe ground in calling him a Styraco. At least I hope so, the last thing I need is a series of nasty anti-Non-Canonical e-mails and web petitions from angry Ceratopsian enthusiasts. *** Okay, okay, "Triceratops" and "Styracosaurus" are the Genus name, one level above the species. The Styracosaurus 3D Model I have is very well done and contains quite a few morphs. But I believe the default arrangement, which is what I use, is from the species "albertensis," so this character's full name is: Syracosaurus albertensis. Yes, I am sure you are thrilled with all of this info!
