Mina, it is not a dogwood and flora-cassela, it is some kind of plum bush, but does not bear any fruit. Thanks for the info. Really appreciate all of your comments, Thank you all.

Simply beautiful Deanna! Trees and bushes here have stopped blooming so its a joy to see new blooms elsewhere! I like the red foliage with the soft pink flowers, lovely capture!

Beautiful capture! I don't know what it is but we had a tree once that had similar blossom. But the leaves were green.
