Head is going deep undercover posing as an arms dealer to infiltrate the Azukay crime syndicate.the syndicate has been known to finance certain fundmentalist terrorgroups and we want to put an end to this.
*Head later became a five star general and supreme commander of the spackovian armed forces,meamwhile ** Joey has become leader (oh great one lol) of the Spackovian Council.
