Former Seal or Airman? Julian or Ace?
When I saw 3rd Degree's Ace, I thought "Julian," who is a figment of mine; so here they are, side by side. I use Jepe's Rodan Hairy texture on M4 Enhanced for Julian, who is my own dial-spun character. Ace is using the morph and texture from 3rd Degree. Both have M4 Displacement Maps applied. I had to fiddle both sets of shaders to keep them from glowing eerily in a dark environment due to use of Ambient channels...arrgh. (Great in bright light, sucks in dim light.)
A little bit of Wayii's Crash on Julian, for the pants and belt/holster. Tank top is the regular M4 Basicwear set from DAZ with shader textures from PDesign (RMP). Blue camo! The camo on the M4 Surf tank is from the Ace set. He's wearing Born to Be Wild biker jeans...which have a weird shine when I use a specular kick. Well, hell. Let's just pretend he's a flashy dresser.
Hair and a bit of fiddling done in post.
Set is Stonemason's Ministry. Cool shades are for a Matrix-like set for 3rd gen figures (still nifty).
Oh, and Julian's got the Desert Eagle from dayglo (RMP) in matte black.

I just imagined myself in between them, walking in their middle, being protected and purring happily... Hr hr hr... This scene looks so damn alive, this is why I like it. I wonder what they are talking about!

Julian! He has such a lovely character to his face, he's so enjoyable to look at! I love this 'snapshot' of conversation between them. The ambient in some of the skin tones, I've noticed, is outrageous as you say in certain lightings. It took forever for me to figure out what the heck was going on when they got that freakin' glow! Nicely done, Nan!! Glad to know you had a great holiday, too.
