Description
I'll add a few anyway.
A friend recently said I should keep politics away from here - and for the most part, I try to. And - other than this post - I will avoid it as much as possible in the future. But sometimes I just have to get things off my chest... I do hope it doesn't offend anyone.
EDIT: 11-08-20: I see there are a couple snarky comments by unhappy DT supporters below - which I really don't care about. We're all entitled to our own opinions. What I find interesting is that both are from lurkers with absolutely no site activity whatsoever. Most curious...

There is a persistent rumor that the US secret service has manufactured a drug that causes a total loss of reality with certain gene combinations. Lies becomes truth, truth becomes fake news. A good example is Paula White who called the angels to help Trump win the election.

Can't wait till January 20th when the real work of cleanup and recovery can begin. Until then, what will this lame orange duck try pulling? I am so relieved that the orange thing got voted out but I worry about the 70 million that voted for it! It is just beyond my capacity to comprehend why so many did vote for the orange thing! Guess there are just way too many unsubstantiated conspiracy theories floating around on social media and too many flat liners that want to believe them?

I'm so glad that we will finally be getting raid of this clown! he's done enough damage as is... I just can't believe the peoples response, they're dancing in the streets! this has never happened in any election I remember. can't wait till January and that orange clown is really gone!!
Yeah, I've never seen anything like this in my life! It's amazing... This reminds me so much of the final scene in "Return of The Jedi" when they were toppling the statue of Palpatine, and celebrating the fall of the Empire.
Now there's an idea... We need a statue of Trump so we can topple it! LOL

People were whooping for joy in my somewhat conservative neighborhood, I was kind of surprised, as I was the only one with a Biden sign! I'm ready for normal and some real attention to our covid crisis.

We'll probably be here through the winter unfortunately, but that will give me time to do a lot of improvements. Hopefully we can get out of this area in the spring sometime! I just got a friend request on FB from a guy I worked with many many years ago. He's wanting to sell his house in Liberty, Mo, and it is beautiful! A bit out of my price range though.. But we'll see what happens..
