This is what my life has been like for the past few months.
Before I begin a migraine, I get a visual precursor which starts as a small spiky bright spot in my vision. It gets bigger and bigger and moves around until it's seriously obscuring my vision. When it finally floats off the edge of my field of vision, the pain hits.
I apologise for the size of the image; I tried it as a 2x2 panel but lost too much detail.
Many thanks to Little_Dragon - the necklace is a Furette freebie.

I've never had a Migrane knocks on wood but if all images are as nice as yours... :)

superb representation! I know EXACTLY what you mean as I experienced those myself for many years. In the past few years I have less frequently but still too often had the obstructing visual auras, but for some reason I rarely get the follow-up headaches anymore. I am NOT complaining I can tell you that. Perhaps that will be something for you to look forward to as well.

Yeah, it's a great representation of a migraine and not too different from some of my own but... it looks nowt like you. I know what you're getting at but really, lass, you don't look like that at all. That said, if you'd allow, I'd be giving this an Excellent rating for the sheer visial chutzpah.

Marvelous, descriptive work. Luckily, I have never had those nasty things. I do know relatives/friends who suffer greatly. SIGH. T.P.

Migraines are quite colourful but then the pain hits. Often caused by food allergies - try cutting out one food at a time. Refined white sugar for me oddly stopped putting it in my coffee and now I get a migraine once in 5 years rather every than 5 days! Just call me Dr Yottie. Good luck. BTW, very good sequence took me right back to the old twinkling lights.
