This gray, ring tailed iguana was not the least bit afraid of me getting close to him. I would guess that he was around 50 pounds. I was amazed that the branch held him. Taken at the Palm Beach Zoo but s/he was free roaming. There was no fence or cage. Zoom to check out the textures. The Day of the Iguana, as opposed to the 1964 movie, The Night of the Iguana. Stellar monotone and textures in this superlative shot of the lackadaisical reptile, seemingly oblivious to your presence, Dana. Handsome looking chap.
